Surepay Technologies Inc., in partnership with Amellar Solutions, participated in a workshop on the LGU Integrated Financial Tools (LIFT) System, focusing on system validation, financial reporting, data migration, and implementation planning.

Held from October 12 to 17, 2026, at Lime Resort Manila, the Continuation of the Workshop on the LGU Integrated Financial Tools (LIFT) System Modules supported the ongoing development of the system under the Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) of the Philippine Department of Finance.

Funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) under the Local Government Reform Project (LGRP), the LIFT System is designed for adoption by more than 1,700 local government units (LGUs) nationwide, supporting the modernization of local government financial management through integrated digital tools.

Supporting System Validation and Implementation Planning

The workshop covered system walkthroughs, budget management, financial reporting, data migration, and module validation.

Discussions also addressed system findings, recommendations, and plans for pilot LGU activation and data migration.
