LIFT is one of the core solutions implemented for the Local Government Reform Project (LGRP) by the Department of Finance Bureau of Local Government Finance. LIFT implementation encompasses mandatory application by over 1,400 local government units nationwide.
Building on a Solid Foundation
With development of the LIFT system now underway, Surepay Technologies Inc. is moving forward with a strong emphasis on preparation alongside execution. Requirements are being translated into detailed specifications, core modules are being outlined, and development standards are being set to guide how the system will be built.
Teams are establishing testing approaches, documentation structures, and coordination workflows early, so that each component developed is aligned with government processes and expectations. This stage is less about speed and more about structure — ensuring that LIFT is being developed on a clear, controlled, and well-planned foundation from the very start.
