• Details you submit in the Contact and Book a Demo forms: name, email address, phone number, organization, your message and the solution you are interested in.
• Messages you send to the Surepay Assistant chatbot. Please do not share passwords, one-time PINs, card or bank details, or government ID numbers in chat.
• Technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as a one-way hash of your IP address used for spam and abuse prevention, browser type and aggregated, privacy-friendly usage analytics.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry or demo request and to arrange the meeting you asked for.
• To protect the website and our forms from spam and abuse.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal data. Submissions are accessible only to authorized Surepay personnel and the service providers that host and operate this website on our behalf.

Retention

We keep inquiry and demo request records only for as long as needed to respond and for legitimate business and legal requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
